Terms and Conditions 1. Driver Eligibility

• Only drivers approved by MSF and who have submitted a valid UK driving licence may drive the minibus.
• Drivers must hold the appropriate licence category and meet insurance requirements.
• Drivers must inform MSF of any points, endorsements, or disqualifications.
• MSF reserves the right to refuse a driver if insurance criteria are not met.

2. Deposit

• A refundable deposit of £100 is required per booking.
• • No damage has occurred.
  • No penalty charge notices (PCNs), speeding fines, congestion charges, or other traffic offences are incurred.
  • The vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.The deposit will be returned within 14 days of the booking date, provided:
• If fines or charges are received after the 14-day period, the hirer remains liable for payment.

3. Fuel Policy

• The minibus must be returned on a full-to-full fuel basis.
• If the vehicle is not returned full, MSF reserves the right to recharge the fuel cost plus an administrative fee.

4. Vehicle Condition & Damage

• A vehicle inspection will be conducted before and after hire.
• The hirer must report any new damage immediately.
• The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage occurring during the hire period.
• Cleaning costs may be charged if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.

5. Penalties & Charges

• The hirer is responsible for:
  • Speeding fines
  • Parking fines
  • Congestion or ULEZ charges
  • Toll charges
  • Any other traffic-related penalties
  An administration fee may be charged for processing penalties.

6. Usage Restrictions

• The minibus must only be used for the purpose stated in the booking.
• The vehicle must not be used:
  • For unlawful activities
  • For racing, towing (unless agreed), or off-road use
  • By any unauthorised driver
   
• Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

7. Breakdown & Emergencies

• In the event of breakdown or accident, the hirer must:
  • Inform MSF immediately
  • Follow the breakdown cover provider instructions
  • Complete any required accident reporting documentation

8. Safeguarding & Passenger Safety

• All passengers must wear seatbelts.
• The hirer is responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision of children and vulnerable individuals.
• The vehicle must not exceed its legal passenger capacity.

9. Cancellations

• MSF reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellations by the hirer should be made as early as possible.

10. Liability

• MSF accepts no liability for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• The hirer accepts responsibility for the vehicle during the hire period.
